At WhatsNextUp, we want you to be completely satisfied with our Service. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may request a refund or cancel your subscription. We strive to be fair and transparent in all our dealings.
2. Subscription Details
WhatsNextUp Pro ā Monthly subscription auto-renewed
- Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date of initial purchase.
- All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
- Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Netbanking, and Wallets.
3. Refund Policy
ā 7-Day Refund Window
If you are not satisfied with our Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment. This applies only to first-time subscribers.
3.1 Eligible for Refund
- First-time subscription payment within the last 7 days
- Technical issues that prevented you from using the Service
- Duplicate or accidental payments
- Unauthorized transactions (subject to investigation)
3.2 Not Eligible for Refund
- Requests made after 7 days from the payment date
- Recurring monthly payments beyond the first billing cycle
- If you have substantially used the Service during the refund period
- Violation of our Terms of Service
3.3 How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to contact@whatsnextup.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include your registered email address and reason for the refund.
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5ā7 business days.
4. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. There are no cancellation fees.
- Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle after cancellation.
- You retain full access to all features until your paid period expires.
- Your data and preferences are preserved for 30 days after expiry, in case you decide to resubscribe.
- You may resubscribe at any time to regain access.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method.
- Credit/Debit Card: 5ā7 business days
- UPI: 3ā5 business days
- Netbanking: 5ā7 business days
- Wallet: 2ā3 business days
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails, we will notify you via email. Your subscription will remain in a "past due" state for up to 7 days while Razorpay retries the payment. If the payment continues to fail, your subscription will be suspended until payment is resolved.
7. Disputes & Chargebacks
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at contact@whatsnextup.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving payment disputes quickly and fairly.
