⚠️ Important — Read Before Subscribing
- •7-day refund window. You may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. After 7 days, or for recurring payments, refunds are not available. See our Refund Policy for details.
- •Cancel anytime. You can cancel your subscription at any point from your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
- •Monthly billing cycle. ₹999 is charged on the same date each month. Your access continues until the end of the paid period even after cancellation.
1. Overview
WhatsNextUp ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered hyper-personalized life companion platform. By subscribing to our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
WhatsNextUp provides AI-curated content across categories including entertainment, career, travel, food, learning, wellness, and more — all tailored to your unique preferences and goals.
2. Account & Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
- You must create an account using a valid email address and authenticate via Google or Email sign-in.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- One subscription per account. Account sharing is prohibited.
3. Subscription & Pricing
WhatsNextUp Pro — Full access to all AI tools and categories
- The subscription grants access to all features on the platform.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
- Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
4. Payment Terms
- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor.
- We do not store your credit/debit card details, UPI IDs, or bank account information on our servers.
- Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Netbanking, and Wallets.
- Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month.
- If a payment fails, your access may be suspended until the payment issue is resolved. Razorpay will automatically retry failed payments.
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for the recurring subscription fee until you cancel.
5. Refund Policy
💳 7-Day Refund Window for First Payment
First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their initial payment. After the 7-day window, or for recurring monthly payments, refunds are not available.
If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No pro-rata credit will be issued for the remaining time.

6. Cancellation Policy
✅ Cancel anytime, stay active till period ends.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of your current paid billing period.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.
- You will not lose access immediately upon cancellation — you get the full month you paid for.
- If you wish to re-subscribe after cancellation, you may do so at the then-current price.
7. Service Availability
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- AI-generated content may vary and is provided on an "as is" basis.
- We may perform maintenance with or without prior notice.
- Features and tools may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion.
8. Intellectual Property
- All platform content, design, and code are owned by WhatsNextUp.
- AI-generated content created for you is for your personal use only.
- You may not redistribute, resell, or commercially use platform content.
9. User Conduct
- You agree not to misuse the platform or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
- Automated scraping, bot usage, or abuse of AI tools is strictly prohibited.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10. Data & Privacy
- Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- We use Firebase Authentication and Firestore for secure data storage.
- Payment information is processed by Razorpay and is never stored on our servers.
- We use your preferences and interaction data to personalize your experience. This data is not sold to third parties.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhatsNextUp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
